I did find the 2 variables in DRM Web Client > Administer > System Prefs. However, the 2 variables are blank. There are no values in the Value field. I'm using version 11.1.2.0.3. Does that mean DRM is already set up to accept all characters? I still can't import the double-quotes as the node description with or without the Value field = ".
