Oops, I spoke to soon. I did find the 2 variables in DRM Web Client > Administer > System Prefs. However, the 2 variables are blank. There are no values in the Value field. I'm using version 11.1.2.0.3. Does that mean DRM is already set up to accept all characters? I still can't import the double-quotes as the node description with or without the Value field = ". Do you know if there are any other options that I can try to resolve the issue? Thanks again!

Hi! I'm trying to import double quotes into DRM but it strips them off no matter what I do. I tried escape characters, etc. I read about your tips: "you can also turn them off by setting system preferences InvDesc and InvName." I'm new to DRM so would you tell me in more detail where exactly can I set the system prefs? Would that be on WebLogic side or DRM Config Console? Thank you so much!

You can use the virtual version and then use hierarchy compare to generate automator scripts that will roll the hierarchy back to the prior state.
